TERMS OF USE
Effective Date: June 7, 2026
1. ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS
By accessing pages on this website, interacting with our media channels, or submitting estimated blueprint details via our digital terminals, you agree to comply with the terms, conditions, and operational parameters of American Woodworks Co. These terms govern all draft quotations, architectural estimates, sub-contracting consultations, and custom casework fabrication commitments.
2. BLUEPRINT SUBMISSIONS & DRAFTING SPECIFICATIONS
All blueprints, cabinetry metrics, wood cores, and panel sizes uploaded or transmitted through our systems represent the sole technical responsibility of the submitting contractor, engineer, or designer.
Contractors are responsible for verifying that structural parameters match local construction guidelines before dispatching quote requests. American Woodworks Co. compiles structural proposals based purely on your provided metrics, and is not liable for structural misalignments resulting from faulty on-site measurements supplied by the client.
3. FABRICATION TOLERANCES & AWI STANDARDS
We operate a state-of-the-art facility utilizing elite European computerized routers and sizing technology. Our automated product lines comply strictly with the Architectural Woodwork Institute (AWI) standards. Standard manufacturing tolerances for custom cabinet panels, standard commercial doors, and edge-banding ranges are maintained within fractions of an inch. Minor material variations characteristic of genuine domestic woods, organic wood veneers, and laminate textures do not represent defects.
4. PRODUCTION LOGISTICS & SHIPPING GUIDELINES
Lead time cycles, shipping schedules, and direct flatbed transport coordinates will be mapped into binding corporate contract parameters upon quotation approvals. Shipping rates of bulk architectural assets rely on job-site clearance metrics and accessible tractor-trailer approaches. Client networks must provide proper equipment for physical unloading unless liftgate parameters are explicitly negotiated.
5. WARRANTY & REPAIR CLAUSES
The durability and performance of our commercial custom cabinetry, component panels, and pre-hung commercial door systems are supported by the American Woodworks Co. Manufacturing Guarantee (detailed inside our Our Guarantee dashboard). Repair, replacement, or modification claims will be addressed according to raw material certification records and ANSI/AWI guidelines.
6. AMENDMENTS & CORPORATE CONTACTS
American Woodworks Co. reserves the exclusive right to modify or adjust website structural items, material portfolios, color profiles, and online contract terms at any time. Continual usage of this portal signifies that you accept all revised terms.
